Once you have created and shared your form, you will begin to see responses on the Response Sheet. If there are multiple choice questions, an add-on called Flubaroo will grade and email the grades to your students.
1. On the Responses Tab, click the green Sheets icon to open the responses in a spreadsheet.
2. Under the Add-ons tab, click Get add-ons...
3. In the search box, search for Flubaroo.
4. When the results appear, click Free to install Flubaroo.
5. If prompted, sign into your CMCSS Google account. Click Allow to allow Flubaroo permission to access your document.
6. After Flubaroo has been added, you will see a message appear.
7. Click Add-ons, hover over Flubaroo and slide over to select Grade Assignment. (Tip Always take your assessment! It helps to name it something like Key.)
8. In Grading Step 1, you will select a grading option for each of the questions in the assignment. Flubaroo has guessed the best option for you, but you should check the option for each question yourself.
For Grading Options, select from:
Identifies Student
Skip Grading
Normal Grading
Grade by Hand
Also, select the number of points each normal grading question is worth (1-10).

9. Grading Step 2-- Select the submission that should be used as the answer key. If an answer key was not made, pause and create an answer key. Then, start the Grade Assignment process again (Step 7). Select the answer key and click Continue.
10. Once grading is complete, you will receive a Grading Complete message with a tip.
11. Notice you now have two tabs on your spreadsheet; one for students submissions and one for grades. All of the Flubaroo grades will be on the Grades tab.
12. To share grades with students, go back up to the top and click Add-ons. Scroll down and hover over Flubaroo. Slide over to select Share Grades.
13. Complete the Share Grades box. Select the options that best fit your needs. (*Remember, students do NOT have an email associated with their CMCSS Google account.) Include the answer key and a message if desired. Click Continue.
14. You will get a notification that grades were shared successfully.
15. You will also receive an email with a summary of the grades you just shared with your students.
16. Students will also receive a summary of their responses.
